These are convertible sling backpacks, so they can be worn in a few different ways.
1. As a backpack (most common)
* Attach both shoulder straps to the bottom D-rings.
* Put one strap over each shoulder like a regular backpack.
2. As a sling/crossbody bag
* Unclip one strap.
* Attach the remaining strap diagonally from the top to the opposite bottom D-ring.
* Wear it across your chest or back.
3. As a handbag
* Use the top carry handle to carry it by hand.

They have two water-bottle pouches! Neoprene material with nylon straps
