Shipping policy

SHIPPING FEE AND POLICY:

STW charges shipping per weight at this time. Shipping charges may vary and are vulnerable to price fluctuations, with or without any prior notification, due to the possibility for increasing shipping rates and supply costs / demands. Please take the time to review all total costs within the shopping cart at time of checkout so you may be aware of all charges. Orders typically ship out within a week, including processing time. However, some items do take longer to process and may even be mailed out separately in order to speed up the shipping process. We ask that you allow up to 14 days to receive your item/s before emailing in regards to package not received. If any items are mailed out separately, you will be notified via email and will receive tracking numbers for each package. You may track your packages on the Track My Order page provided on the side menu or the bottom of each page.

By clicking purchase, you are agreeing to the timeline and all conditions within these terms at time of checkout.

Once your order is submitted, you have committed to the purchase and must follow the steps as laid out in these policies for a return approval. WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS OR ISSUE ANY REFUNDS.  ALL REIMBURSMENTS ARE APPLIED AS STORE CREDIT ONLY. See above for our full return policy.

As stated above, we are NOT responsible for the packages once they have been marked "shipped".

Customers are responsible for entering the correct information and shipping addresses at time of checkout. Please make sure you are shipping to a verified and secure location to reduce any risk of lost or stolen packages. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer WILL BE responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship the package to you. If your tracking number says "Attempted Delivery, Item Being Held While Addressee is Contacted", that means it is being held by the post office until you contact them. Please reach out directly to the carrier to resolve the issue and report any lost or stolen packages.
